Ms. Munro spent several years with Halliburton Company, a $7 billion international energy services organization as a Senior Communications Analyst. Her responsibilities included the purchase of all PBX equipment for the company’s 350 domestic locations and operations in 100 countries. Ms. Munro also worked to create telecommunications cost efficiencies through traffic analysis and network bill review.

Her career began as the Telecommunications Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Las Colinas, Texas in 1986. She managed all aspects of the PBX operation including staffing, equipment service coordination and equipment design and acquisition.

Since 1994, Ms. Munro has been working as a Telecommunications Consultant focusing on Expense Reduction/Audit, Technology Solutions Design and Project Implementation. Whether it be a Cost Reduction Audit or Technology Solution, her expertise has resulted in numerous cost savings recommendations for her clients. Her responsibilities include the thorough examination and analysis of a client’s telecommunications services. This review may involve evaluation of alternative services, tariff research, traffic engineering and analysis, cost benefit analysis, and system design recommendations.

Ms. Munro also provides equipment consulting services. The responsibilities in this area include needs/requirements analysis, data collection, RFP development and evaluation, vendor communication and project management. Ms. Munro has coordinated projects ranging from small telephone systems for a basic office to large complex voice communications networks for Fortune 500 companies

Ms. Munro holds a B.B.A from the University of North Texas.

Since 1998, Ms. Munro has been an active, proud member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC). The STC is an international organization of independent Voice and Data Communications Professionals founded in 1976. STC members adhere to strict professional standards and a rigorous code of ethics. Ms. Munro has participated as member of several STC committees. She has also been a speaker at many of the bi-annual conferences on the subject of Telecommunications Expense Reduction Audits.
